Excellent service staff from the doorman, to the check-in counter, to the chamber services, to the security till we check out all is excellent. Will stay here again. Very nice view. Althoug near to lift but its Not noisy.

Over rated hotel I feel. Don't think it's that worth the prem cost. Facilities is small. Location is convienent if u just wanna stay within southkey mall.

Overall room is ok however carpet is dusty, looks like it has never been vacuumed for a very long time. Saw few small moth flying around in the room and thought maybe it was just one or two that got into the room. But realized after that there are a lot of moth sac larvae in the room. Staff was also not very helpful at all, asked for extra bed but was told it was fully book and we need to come down to the reception to ask everyday at 6pm for availability. They could have just take note of our room number and provide us with the bed when it's available. Stayed here for a few times before and it was good but after this time, will think twice next trip.

We booked a total of four rooms but were not able to secure all units at same level due to full occupancy. The rooms allocated to us face the sunrise which was beautiful but can be slightly noisy at night with the traffic and construction going on outside. The hair dryer was not functioning well for one of the rooms.

Hotel location is convenient and direct access to Mid Valley shopping mall. Perfect place for a short getaway with families. Hotel rooms are clean and staff are helpful too.

The room is clean and was ready punctually at 3pm. We also can just self check out. All is well, next ro Mid Valley Southkey as well. So, easy to get your needs nearby too.

Located in a convenient location. The mall is just downstairs. Stayed at the premier room for the first time and I would say that’s its big and comfortable!
