Extremely Disappointed – No Refund, No Support
I had a terrible experience with Hotel Olympic, Kuala Lumpur. I booked the hotel and paid in full in advance. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip. I contacted the hotel well in advance to cancel the booking and request a refund.
To my shock and disappointment, the hotel management refused to cancel the booking or provide any refund — not even partial. They were completely unhelpful and rigid, showing no empathy or understanding of the situation.
I ended up losing 100% of my payment, even though I never used the room. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. A good hotel should prioritize customer service, but sadly, Hotel Olympic failed on every front.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re booking here, be warned — they take your money and don’t care what happens after.
