"Our 3rd time here but this time we were disappointed with the check in process. We arrived a bit late, almost 10pm. There's no one at the reception 😕 we rang the bell, call the hotel but there's no answer. After 20 minutes, one guy came out of nowhere. Not even a single sorry, he gave us the key and the rest is history 😂 Other than that, this hotel will always be our favourite because near the eatery, also a walking distance to Titiwangsa station (MRT, star LRT and monorail)."

"location near to lrt and restaurant……… worth for the price…… grab from lrt to hotel around RM5 also can walk to hotel but not recommend because there is a very quiet street… but toilet abit smelly"

"I really enjoyed staying here and it was a comfortable stay for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I like how they provided with bottled water and could refill them at the lobby. The place was surrounded with good places to eat and also convenience stores. But maybe I wasn’t familiar with the place, so getting public transportation was a bit hard for me but could easily use Grab tho."

"Hotel is clean and near 15 minutes from TBS. Our room was next to roadside so it was busy and could hear sound from other rooms plus roadside noise . Food stall near to hotel which is 24 hours."

"Was very excited when i booked this hotel, afterall it is Banyan Tree that we are talking about, and most importantly, it did not come cheap, so we thought the service would be exceptional. When we first arrived, the friendly porters helped us with our bags, as the front desk was up at the 53rd floor. The front desk guy who served us was very friendly as well. When we asked for a non-corner room, he told us it was not a corner room. But when we went up, it was a corner room. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong smell that lingered in the room and smelled like a room that was cleaned using a dirty mop. After calling the operator to inform about the situation, they did not come right away even after saying they would (this is my first encounter because usually other hotels have the practice of turning up right away when i called). We waited for a long time before we called again. But we had to wait again and decided to leave to inform the front desk of this situation before we went out for our activities. On the night itself, we requested for 2 extra pillows. The staff did not come even after 15-20 mins and so we had to call again and again (even though they said they would). The next morning, we had their breakfast. It was pleasant, but i would say the selections were not that widespread. However, the staff in the restarant were very proactive and friendly. Requested for late check out but the to 12.30pm. All in all, the waiting time for housekeeping was very slow. Sad to say, this hotel did not leave me a very good impression, and rather average, given the price we paid."

"Very good location for us to hang around ! Easy to access to anywhere in KL ! The room was huge with nice view ! The most importantly I love the Park 90 wine bar at the lobby lounge :) If you’re a huge wine lover, must come down and check ! The overall experience is more than above average! We will definitely stay there again while in KL ! Highly recommend 👍"

"Our 2 day stay at W was fabulous! We book the Wonderful Room with 2 double bed. During checked in, reception is offering the upgrade to the KLCC tower view. Thank you so much for the extra arrangement. Location : KLCC is just 5mins walk, located at the main city area of KL. We found easy access to every where. Breakfast : Breakfast at FLOCK offering lots of variety and service staffs well trained. Pool and Bar : Small pool but with spectacular view. Food and drinks at the bar we found a little too fancy. But we enjoyed too."

"great location, good price,has gym and upstair common room has big tv with netflix. . The service its outstanding from all the staffs. location just a cross from NU sentral Plaza which has many transportation options like train,metro,tram n bus plus on the same groundfloor . Recommend to exchange ur money on the ground floor exchange place in the NU sentral, rate is one of the better value. Thai RM 3.50 _perdish was ,our fav spot in that plaza U can also apply upstairs for touch n go card which a must for KL public transport. . Recommend"
